In 1953, Dr. Moshe Kantor who is of a Jewish background was born. He studies in Moscow Aviation Institute and 1976, he got a degree. The Dr. is also known as a businessman because he is the leader of the Acron Group which is a company that has been publicly traded. Other than being the chairman of the EJF, he is also a founder. The main aim of the company is to make sure that the status of the Jewish communities has been enhanced. Dr. Moshe also founded the European Council on tolerance and reconciliation in the year 2008. He is currently working as the president of the organization.
