It is agreeable by many people that the teaching profession should be accorded big respect. There are a few that may not agree this fact though. You still need to test the teachers even though they may have gone through school and passed their exams. This is because you will have no way of knowing if the grades they got in school were genuine and hence the need to test them and see their potential. But even if you as a teacher did not get the opportunity to take the test in college you can still do it privately. Passing the tests makes you better placed in the hunt for employment. There are some governments that as part of their licensing a teacher has to go through the tests.
In most cases the test will be computerized. There are not like most of the test that will require you to go to certain schools just so as to take them. There are several test centers that you just walk into even in your area that will be offering the tests.
The test will give you the advantage of being qualified universally because they are accepted throughout the world. Before taking the test one is advised to read adequately to ensure that they pass.
